Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Marketing & Operations Manager to be the creative and operational engine behind our brand and our transactions. You’ll own our marketing across social, email, and print; keep our listings and transactions running on rails; and bring an enterprising, systems-first mindset to everything we do. This is a career-track role for someone who wants to grow with a high-performing team — not just fill a seat.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH$55,000–$110,000 per year (base + bonus), with earnings that grow as the team grows. Performance incentives tied to team production and the closed transactions you help drive.
