Account Executive - Government | Chula Vista, CA, United States | Hybrid | $60,200.00 – $90,300.00 / year

The Role
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing government accounts and build new client relationships.
• Prospect and generate leads for target government accounts to drive new revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and conversion from competitor clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing for government projects.
• Develop and manage regional account plans to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed regional revenue and sales quota goals.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients in different phases of the sales process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and knowledgeable in sales processes and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to travel more than 35% of the time and possess reliable transportation.
