About UsPart of the Emirates Group, we are Australia's largest inflight catering and retail partner. We operate 13 facilities across 10 cities, employ over 4,000 people, produce over 47 million meals, and service more than 250,000 flights annually.
About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Food Menu & Design team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys coordinating, validating and managing data processes, ensuring everything is accurate and aligned before going live.
Acting as the final quality checkpoint before menu specifications are released, you will work closely with the culinary, commercial and systems teams to check, reconcile and coordinate data to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Validating and coordinating menu and culinary data against approved documentation, pricing and system outputs
- Performing structured quality checks to ensure all data is accurate, complete and ready for release
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies by working closely with relevant stakeholders prior to publication
- Maintaining data integrity across menu specifications and bill of materials (BOM) information
- Maintaining organised, audit-ready documentation and validation records
- Assisting with system updates, testing and ongoing process improvements
- Contributing to improving data quality processes and reducing rework
- 2+ years' experience in a data coordination-focused role maintaining documentation and audit trails
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. lookups, data validation, working with reports)
- Experience working with ERP or similar systems (desirable)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to work
- Practical problem-solving ability - able to investigate and follow through on issues
- Confident communicator who can engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
