The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Respond to a variety of vehicle issues including battery, tyre, and complex electrical faults. • Provide quick, confident solutions and excellent customer service to members in need. • Work autonomously, starting and finishing your day from your own driveway. • Utilize provided tools, diagnostic equipment, and a dedicated van to complete your tasks. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience post-qualification. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions for each roadside situation.
