Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity policies, strategies, and governance frameworks aligned with standards like ISO 22301.

• Identify critical business functions, assess dependencies, and define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
• Evaluate potential threats such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, and operational failures, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Design and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and conduct regular drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations to validate their effectiveness.
• Educate employees and leadership on BCM roles, responsibilities, and plan execution to ensure organizational readiness during a disruption.
• Provide hands-on guidance during real disruptions, coordinate recovery efforts, and drive ongoing improvements based on lessons learned and audit findings.
