The Role • Provide specialized acute care and continuous monitoring for patients on the Stroke Unit, including post-lytic therapy and thrombectomy. • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, specialized neurological, and therapeutic nursing care plans. • Ensure quality-assured nursing processes through independent application of standards, assessments, and scales. • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and case management. • Participate in regular professional development and stroke-specific continuing education. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification. • Experience in caring for neurologically impaired patients is preferred. • Willingness to undertake stroke-specific advanced training (e.g., Stroke Nurse). • Independent, self-reliant, and organized working style with strong planning skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital information systems (e.g., ORBIS) is a plus. • Availability to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays.
