Job Summary
Seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer with 4–5 years of manufacturing experience to drive continuous improvement, optimize production processes, improve quality, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements.
Support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Analyze production data and improve productivity, quality, and cycle times.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop SOPs and process documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime, and yield.
