As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage engaging content for various channels, including digital, print and social media.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support crisis communication and public relations initiatives as needed.

Profile

A successful Marketing Communications Manager should have:

• Proven experience in marketing communications within the B2B manufacturing or engineering industries.
• Strong skills in creating and managing content across multiple channels.
• Experience in managing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
