Join a rapidly expanding start-up delivering cutting-edge CRM and data / digital transformation programmes for leading firms in the Wealth Management and IFA sector.

As a Project Manager, you ll lead client programmes, work directly with senior stakeholders, and influence how the business scales its delivery model. You ll have the autonomy to drive change across complex, high-value technology projects - from CRM implementations to full-scale digital transformation.

Location: Remote, UK flexible start/finish times. Delivery based, not time based.
Salary: £70 75K (flex) + Bonus + Health Plan + EMI Equity + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday

What you ll bring

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within the Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services landscape.
• Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes)
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to platforms such as Iress Xplan, Curo, Plannr, or Intelliflo, etc.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, MSP).
