• Prospecting new business and managing assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conducting property inspections and making strategic recommendations to commercial clients.
• Building trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored pest management solutions.
• Maintaining professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions and internal collaborations.
• Utilizing provided sales tools and technology to drive new business development.
• Educating clients on pest prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• *What You'll Need**
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
