IT Quality Assurance Analyst III | Hampton, VA, United States | Hybrid | $90,300 - $189,600 This employer is seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Analyst III to support a mission-critical program for the U.S. Navy. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of enterprise-level applications that support vital maintenance, logistics, and operational readiness across Navy commands. The Role • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes throughout the full system development lifecycle (SDLC). • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for complex applications. • Lead and support various testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Conduct formal and informal reviews at key lifecycle milestones to ensure system quality and requirement compliance. • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for efficient resolution. • Provide QA metrics, reporting, and analysis to program leadership and stakeholders. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (preferred). • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related IT field. • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle. • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures. • Experience supporting testing across complex, integrated systems and multiple environments. • Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
