The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. • Develop and execute data-driven business plans and account strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in the psychiatric field. • Stay informed on market dynamics, therapeutic area knowledge, and reimbursement landscapes to uncover and prioritize opportunities. • Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to customers, handling objections and driving desired actions. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all promotional activities. What You'll Need • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and execute sales tactics. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with sales data reporting tools. • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries (Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Gardena, Manhattan Beach) and possess a valid driver's license.
