The Role

• Opportunity to start in January, April, or October each year.
• Gain hands-on experience through practical phases with a partner company.
• Choose from five specializations starting in the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.
• Support with budget planning, market analysis, and the creation of monthly management reports.
• Assist in planning and implementing strategic measures and analyzing processes for optimization.
• Prepare for various career paths including Accountant, Business Controller, Supply Chain Manager, and more.

What You'll Need

• Academic entry requirements: (Fach-)Abitur, qualified vocational training, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong understanding of mathematics and logical reasoning skills.
• Analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good English language skills.
