The Role • Manufacturing custom wooden windows and front doors, including wood-aluminum composite elements. • Operating modern CNC machinery and other standard wood processing equipment. • Performing frame checks and assembling additional profiles for windows and doors. • Conducting quality inspections to ensure consistently high production standards. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Tischler (m/f/d), Schreiner (m/f/d), Holzmechaniker (m/f/d), or Fensterbauer (m/f/d). • Proficient knowledge of wood processing and strong technical understanding of machinery and production. • Reliable, independent work ethic with a keen eye for quality. • Team player attitude, ready to contribute to production success.
