Job Description

Graduate classroom Assistant


Have you graduated within the last 5 years or a student in their final year of studying?

Are you looking to gain classroom experience, working hands-on with children with SEN?

This is the role for you!


The Role:

As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
  • Assist in implementing individualized learning plans
  • Encourage positive behavior and social development
  • Observe and report on students’ progress
  • Learn practical strategies for working with children with diverse needs


What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in education and SEN
  • Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professional skills
