  • Profile and optimize application performance down to the microsecond in a Linux environment.
  • Work independently, solving complex technical challenges with a strong desire to own issues through to resolution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant development experience within an electronic trading environment.
  • Java Expertise: Exceptional Core Java skills with deep knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming.
  • Low Latency: Proven track record of developing low-latency pricing and trading systems in Linux.
  • Optimization: Strong background in application performance profiling and optimization.

Bonus Points:

  • eFX development experience within a low-latency, zero-GC environment.
  • Knowledge of institutional encodings and messaging protocols (e.g., FIX, SBE, Aeron, 29West).
  • Experience with fault-tolerant, high-availability distributed computing.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
  • Prior knowledge or a keen interest in cryptocurrency/digital assets.

What's On Offer:

  • Highly competitive base salary and a discretionary bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive, company-paid health and protective benefits for you and your dependents.
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative environment with direct opportunities to learn about the rapidly evolving crypto industry.

If interested, do not hesitate and apply ASAP.
