Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow BCM/IRM Consultant to support a Federal client located in Woodlawn, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery (DR), ServiceNow BCM, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-34, FISMA, and federal compliance. This role will involve supporting a large-scale federal business continuity and resilience program.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow BCM & IRM.
• Migrate recovery plans into ServiceNow BCM.
• Maintain application dependency mapping.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises and recovery testing.
• Support NIST 800-53 Contingency Planning controls.
• Support FISMA audits and compliance activities.
• Develop BCM documentation and recovery plans.
• Maintain SharePoint documentation repository.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and testing.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and project status updates.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Track project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support enterprise continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''''''''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• Strong experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience performing Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow BCM and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow BCM modules.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
