The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for radar surveillance systems.
• Drive verification and validation activities for system-level hardware and software.
• Develop and manage complex test plans and procedures.
• Lead the creation of test environments and tools for integration efforts.
• Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced engineers on the team.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in a Test Engineering role, with a focus on radar systems.
• Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with radar system integration and testing, including software, hardware, C++, Linux, and MATLAB.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with configuration management, quality assurance, and requirements management systems.
