Job Description

Location: Louisville, CO Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $190,000.00 USD Annually Description: Position Summary
  • Program leadership - Oversees the Vacuum Cell Technology portfolio within Quantum Sensing Solutions, managing development and production of advanced vacuum and vapor cell technologies used across Infleqtion's quantum applications and commercial product lines
  • Portfolio management - Directs internal R&D, customer-funded development programs, and commercial manufacturing while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and technical commitments are met
  • Execution oversight - Structures program delivery for business growth, manages resources across teams and facilities, and communicates cost, schedule, delivery forecasts, and repair status


Responsibilities
  • Program strategy - Defines execution objectives, growth plans, and delivery expectations in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Stakeholder interface - Serves as the primary contact for customers, executive leadership, and internal teams
  • Performance ownership - Manages delivery metrics, profitability, customer satisfaction, schedules, and technical milestones
  • Cross-functional leadership - Leads engineering, manufacturing, operations, and subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives
  • Program planning - Develops and maintains program plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and execution baselines
  • Risk and issue management - Identifies risks, mitigates issues, manages opportunities, and drives corrective actions
  • Compliance oversight - Ensures adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and ethical business practices
  • Business development - Supports capture planning, proposal development, follow-on opportunities, and strategic resource planning
  • Team development - Builds high-performing teams through accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Operational coordination - Aligns staffing, facilities, capital assets, and operational resources to support program execution
  • Communication and escalation - Provides clear program status updates, resolves escalations, and drives effective decision-making

Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10+ years of relevant experience; advanced degrees may substitute for experience; related technical experience may substitute for education
  • Accreditation - Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education
  • Quality systems - Experience working within ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
  • Product development - Familiarity with fast-paced development cycles, New Product Introduction, and Design for Manufacturing
