Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to drive enterprise-scale Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Health, Observability, and Engineering Productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and cloud-native tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce incidents, enhance platform reliability, and accelerate developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement AI-powered solutions using GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AI agents.
  • Develop automation workflows for operational support, incident remediation, and platform health monitoring.
  • Build AI-driven solutions for:
  • Code remediation
  • Test case generation
  • Root cause analysis
  • Runbook creation
  • Knowledge management
  • Operational documentation
  • Partner with SRE and Platform Engineering teams to improve system reliability and reduce MTTR.
  • Design and enhance observability solutions across enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and telemetry data using AI-driven approaches.
  • Develop Python-based automation and analytics solutions.
  • Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive-level insights.
  • Drive adoption of AI technologies across development and operations teams.
Required Skills
  • Strong Python development and automation scripting experience
