International Cellars is one of the leading independently-owned wine groups in the Mid-Atlantic, with proven expertise in distribution, logistics, wholesale & imports. We are looking for experienced Wine Sales Representatives (Full or Part Time) to join our fast-growing sales team. This role is best suited for candidates who are self-motivated, driven to succeed, confident, effective in their sales abilities and excel in a more entrepreneurial, less bureaucratic environment. We are looking for someone who will be passionate about the business, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This Position has unlimited/uncapped commission earning potential. Account Manager Job Details:ALL Building brand recognition and promoting the wine brand within the marketplace Planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies Conducting wine sales analysis and creating sales plans Maintaining a strong understanding of the company vision and products Actively discovering and exploring business opportunities, including on-premise and off-premise clients Explores opportunities to add value to clients and deepen relationships Requirements: Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales Energetic relationship-builder with innate desire to work hard and assess revenue opportunities Excellent time-management and communication skills; ability to organize time effectively, and work independently Applicants must have a valid driver's license, own and/or lease a reliable automobile, and have a clean driving record Knowledge of fine wine and prior wholesale wine distribution experience is preferred, but it is not required.
