Lead Technical Architect (.NET / MVC / Healthcare)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Lead Technical Architect in Albany, NY.

Description:
? Develop technical architecture for multiple application modification and other projects.
? Participate in business analysis and systems development lifecycle.
? Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .NET, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF.
? Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
? Data manipulation, including manipulation of Protected Health Information data.
? Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
? Use a source code repository TFS/GitLab for checking source code in and out, branching off new versions of the source code.
? Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
? Code applications that access Protected Health Information.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 84 Months Experience as lead technical architect on technical projects performing systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
? 60 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment.
? 60 Months Experience working with Servers, Systems and Infrastructure, Integrating equipments/IoT devices with applications, Cloud technologies, troubleshooting Web Application Firewall and Network layer issues.
? 36 Months Experience using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Language (AI/ML), Python to develop chatbot and other applications components for web deployment
? 84 Months Experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts and cursors.
? 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .NET web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API), message processing and Enterprise Service Bus.
? 24 Months Experience with automation and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
? 24 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) along with HL7 Transformation.
? AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
