Job Description

Senior Business Analyst - Remediation Programme

Contract | 6 Months Initially | Inside IR35 | £600 -£650 per day

We are looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a high-profile Financial Services remediation programme. There are potentially multiple opportunities available for consultants who can quickly add value in a fast-paced, business-critical environment.

Due to the confidential nature of the programme, detailed project information cannot be shared at this stage. However, this is a remediation engagement focused on identifying root causes, challenging existing processes, and helping to bring a complex business change initiative back on track.

Key Details

  • Contract: 6 months initially
  • Location: Leeds/Bradford
  • Working Pattern: On-site Tuesday and Wednesday every other week
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35
  • Rate: £600-£650 per day
  • Start Date: ASAP

What We're Looking For

We're seeking Senior Business Analysts who are naturally inquisitive, analytical, and confident challenging assumptions. You'll be comfortable working with ambiguity, digging beneath the surface to understand the real issues, and producing clear, evidence-based recommendations.

Essential Experience

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
  • Strong background in regulatory or remediation programmes
  • Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
  • Proven experience conducting root cause analysis
  • Experience delivering business and cultural change initiatives (rather than IT-led change)
  • Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and operate at pace
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • Previous remediation programme experience, such as PPI or similar large-scale regulatory remediation initiatives
  • Experience recovering or stabilising programmes that require significant business change
