Job Description

ABOUT YOU is one of Europe’s fastest growing e-commerce companies. Based in Hamburg and Berlin, we operate at the intersection of fashion and technology. Our mission is to rethink online shopping and make it personal and seamless. This takes more than good ideas. It takes people who take initiative and challenge the status quo. We believe in flat hierarchies, direct communication, and pragmatic decisions. No long approval chains. Just ownership, trust, and clear responsibility. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the ride together - over team lunches, afterwork drinks, company events, or a quick coffee in between meetings. If this sounds like you, ABOUT YOU could be the right place to bring in your perspective.

  • Create and edit visual assets for our fashion e-commerce platforms
  • Retouch and optimize product images to ensure a clean and consistent look
  • Support the development of innovative and technology-driven visual concepts
  • Execute image and data-related tasks precisely and efficiently following clear workflows
  • Work with large Excel spreadsheets to structure and manage processes
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, ideally with additional knowledge of Capture One
  • Confident handling of MS Excel and an affinity for data-driven workflows
  • Passion for fashion with a strong sense of aesthetics and trends
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of repetitive processes

Nice To Have

  • First experience with innovative visual technologies or generative tools
