Job Description
This client in the renewable energy space is looking to hire a Principal Business Systems Analyst. They need someone that can lead the strategy and optimization of Oracle Financials and enterprise financial integrations. You'll work closely with IT, Finance, and leadership teams to drive key financial systems initiatives and ensure seamless, scalable solutions for enterprise financial processes.
They need someone that has extensive Oracle experience, including being a primary point of contact shaping a roadmap for Oracle Financials. This is a full time position, hybrid 3 days per week onsite.

They need someone that has extensive Oracle experience, including being a primary point of contact shaping a roadmap for Oracle Financials. This is a full time position, hybrid 3 days per week onsite.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 with a focus on financial modules
- Solid background in highly regulated settings, especially where SOX compliance applies
- Deep understanding of GAAP and complex financial operations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management, Project Accounting)
- Proven track record managing upgrades, integrations, and large-scale initiatives around Oracle Financials and connected systems
- Experience handling multi-entry, multi-currency, and or cross-jurisdictional ERP and EPM implementations
- Demonstrated skill in data flows, reconciliation, and systems governance
- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Working knowledge in integration technologies such ODI, SOA, REST API, or ETL pipelines
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting platforms (Spreadsheet Server, BI solutions)
- Professional project management certification (PMP)
- Experience with Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM for budgeting and forecasting
