The Role • Contribute significantly to the structural and programmatic development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Provide fachliche Leitung for a newly formed multidisciplinary team within child and adolescent psychiatry. • Take responsibility for the diagnostics and therapy of children and adolescents, including treatment planning and supervision. • Establish methods for systematic measurement and evaluation of treatment outcomes to continuously improve care quality. • Collaborate closely with the psychosomatic clinic to ensure seamless patient care and knowledge exchange. • Engage in internal hospital training and contribute to the curriculum.
