The Role • Ensure consistent educational strategies and practices across multiple nursery rooms. • Lead the planning and delivery of children's activities, adapting the curriculum to diverse needs. • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. • Oversee child wellbeing and safeguarding, adapting support for children with additional needs. • Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding protocols. What You'll Need • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience. • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. • Ability to create an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff. • Proven track record of adapting to diverse learning needs.
