Job Description

Orthoptistin (m/w/d) | Bad Aibling, Germany | On-site We are seeking an Orthoptist for a leading neurological and orthopedic clinic renowned for its advanced treatment methods and high-quality patient care. Join a dedicated team in a modern, academic teaching hospital environment, contributing to specialized neurological and orthopedic expertise. The Role • Conduct neuro-orthoptic diagnostics for brainstem syndromes, including oculomotor examinations and subjective visual vertical assessment. • Perform visual field analyses for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke. • Execute orthoptic and strabological examinations within a neurological context, including prism fitting when necessary. • Utilize video-oculography for the orthoptic and neurophysiological diagnosis of dizziness and balance disorders. • Contribute to functional diagnostics for standing and gait disorders. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Orthoptist or MTA for Functional Diagnostics with relevant experience. • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills and an empathetic approach to patient care. • Structured, organized, and responsible work ethic. • Team player with a high degree of diligence and accountability. • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with clinical IT systems.
