Job Description
- 10+ years of UX/Business Process experience focused on workflows, infrastructure, user research, and how users interact with enterprise systems and tools.
- Strong ability to research user goals, responsibilities, and pain points and translate findings into consistent, user-centered experiences across applications.
- Experience partnering with internal development teams and external vendors to advocate for user needs and support cross-functional decision-making.
- SAP experience preferred, with knowledge of SAP role personas, UX best practices, workflow optimization, and seamless transitions between SAP and other enterprise applications.
