Program Architect: Insurance Capability Modernisation

Bupa is seeking a Senior Program/Enterprise Architect to own and evolve the end-to-end Program Architecture for the Health Insurance Capability Modernisation Program. You will translate architectural intent into delivery decisions, designs and transition outcomes, providing program-level leadership and shaping the target state across business, data, integration, and processes.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, deep experience in large transformations, and the ability to navigate
