The Role • Lead service technicians in performing vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, with a preference for experience as a Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer. • Willingness to complete the required expertise test or already possess an "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification. • A strong commitment to our company values, embracing diversity and inclusion. • Valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, PC proficiency, and comfort with administrative tasks. • Exceptional customer and service orientation with strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team while also managing tasks independently and fostering trust.
