We are currently partnering with a leading Elite Boutique investment bank that is looking to hire an Associate 1 or Associate 2 to join its Industrials team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded advisory platform known for delivering high-profile M&A and strategic advisory mandates across Europe. The team is seeking an execution-focused Associate capable of contributing immediately on live transactions and taking ownership of key workstreams in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the Industrials sector
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and merger models
• Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and board materials
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, management teams and external advisors
• Support senior bankers on transaction execution and business development initiatives
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction and origination activities
• Work closely with analysts and senior team members throughout the deal process

Candidate Requirements

• Associate 1 or Associate 2 currently working within investment banking (Associate 2 preferred)
• Strong investment banking training and transaction execution experience
• Industrials experience is not required
• Demonstrated experience working on live M&A and advisory transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
