Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Location: New York City, Fort Lauderdale, Florida or Pheonix, AZ

3 days a week from office

First preference to local candidates as a first choice

Must-Have Skills

• Technical Project Manager ) experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
• SAFe Agile Implementation experience, including PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and cross-functional team coordination
• Experience leading Salesforce transformation and implementation projects
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform)
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents), AI-driven automation, and generative AI initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Agile/Scrum project delivery and governance experience
• Vendor and offshore/onshore team management
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, PMP, or Scrum certifications
• Experience delivering AI/ML and automation programs
• Salesforce certifications or experience working closely with Salesforce Architects and Product Owners
• Enterprise-scale digital transformation experience
