Job Description

Title: Salesforce Marketing cloud Developer with MCP experience

Must Have Skills:

  • Sales force Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Journey Builder
  • Email Studio
  • Automation Studio
  • AMP script
  • SQL
  • Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
  • Data Extensions
  • Sales force CRM Integration
  • Agile/Scrum

 

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of SFMC experience
  • Experience with campaign automation and customer journeys
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing and personalization
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance domain preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage SFMC campaigns and automations
  • Develop customer journeys and dynamic email content
  • Integrate SFMC with Sales force CRM and external systems
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues
  • Work with business and marketing stakeholders in Agile environment

 

Nice to Have:

  • SFMC Certifications
  • SSJS
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Healthcare/HIPAA experience
