Senior Technician, Maintenance (Electrical)

Description Step into a high-impact, onsite maintenance role in Belvidere, NJ where your electrical and instrumentation expertise keeps critical plant systems running and production moving. In this Senior Technician, Maintenance (Electrical) opportunity, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across both preventive and predictive maintenance work in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Technician, Maintenance (Electrical)position include: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of maintenance-related experience; ability to function/cross-train in the primary craft. Must be available to work weekends, overtime (including coverage and standby), and holidays as required. Diagnose and repair VFDs, PLCs, and 480V three-phase motors with associated controls. Knowledge of protective devices, breakers, fuses, overloads, relays, conduit/cable, transmitter calibration controllers, switches, MCC buckets, and metrology.

Troubleshoot, assess, inspect, adjust, and repair flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation (including transmitter flow devices, level controls, and temperature measurement). Perform preventative maintenance including routine calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing. Fill out and review Permit Cliqs (work permits) with operation personnel prior to starting a job. Follow lockout/tagout procedures and comply with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety/regulatory requirements.

Salary: $23.41 - $43.27 per hour.
