System Engineering Manager

Description

This individual will own the enterprise application portfolio and serve as a key technology leader, partnering with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure systems remain secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the enterprise application portfolio strategy and roadmap

Oversee business-critical platforms including CRM, HR, financial systems, document management, collaboration, and knowledge management solutions

Drive application implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives

Partner with business leaders to improve system utilization, business processes, and user experience

Manage application lifecycle governance, change management, licensing, and performance monitoring

Ensure application availability, reliability, security, and capacity planning

Oversee APIs, integrations, and enterprise data flows

Manage vendors, contracts, consultants, and service-level agreements

Lead enterprise application projects from planning through successful delivery

Support cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives

Contribute to disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and business continuity efforts

Requirements

10+ years supporting enterprise applications and business systems

3+ years of leadership or management experience

Strong understanding of:

• Enterprise Application Architecture
• Integrations & APIs
• Databases
• Identity Management
• Application Lifecycle Management

Experience leading:

• Enterprise Implementations
• System Upgrades
• Cloud Migrations
• Modernization Initiatives

Experience with:

• Microsoft Azure
• SaaS Platforms
• Vendor Management
• Licensing & Contract Administration
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
