Position: GenAI Context Engineer
Location: Strongsville, OH / Pittsburgh, PA / Dallas, TX
Work Model: Onsite 5 Days a Week

Job Summary:
We are looking for a GenAI Context Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise knowledge and retrieval platforms that power Generative AI applications. The role focuses on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, metadata engineering, and enterprise knowledge orchestration to deliver secure, accurate, and context-aware AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Knowledge Engineering, AI Engineering, Enterprise Search, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Strong programming experience with Python and API integrations.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Azure AI Search, LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Experience designing ingestion pipelines, metadata frameworks, chunking strategies, and contextual retrieval systems.
• Experience integrating SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, document repositories, and enterprise APIs.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance, access control, lineage, and permission-aware retrieval.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and containerized environments.
• Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
