The Role • Assume overall medical responsibility for patients, including diagnostics, therapy, and aftercare, ensuring adherence to international medical standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing medical team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. • Collaborate closely with all departments within the center and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies. • Oversee the professional guidance and training of resident physicians and medical staff, promoting continuous professional development. • Manage departmental resources efficiently and actively participate in budget planning and monitoring. • Contribute to the strategic development of the center, identifying new market needs and working with hospital management. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PRM) or Internal Medicine with a specialization in social medicine. • For Internal Medicine specialists: comprehensive diagnostic skills and competent consultative support for surgical departments and intensive care units. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate staff effectively. • Excellent German and English language proficiency, along with strong MS Office skills. • A collaborative approach, fostering open communication and a respectful work environment.
