Chefarzt (m/w/d) Reha/International Medical Center | Grafing bei München, Germany | On-site We are hiring for a leading national medical center renowned for its expertise in pediatric specialized medicine, particularly in the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological, orthopedic, and limb malformations. This institution also serves as a teaching hospital for prestigious universities, underscoring its commitment to advancing medical knowledge. The Role • Assume overall medical responsibility for patients, including diagnostics, therapy, and aftercare, ensuring adherence to international medical standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing medical team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. • Collaborate closely with all departments within the center and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies. • Oversee the professional guidance and training of resident physicians and medical staff, promoting continuous professional development. • Manage departmental resources efficiently and actively participate in budget planning and monitoring. • Contribute to the strategic development of the center, identifying new market needs and working with hospital management. What You'll Need • Completed specialist training in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PRM) or Internal Medicine with a specialization in social medicine. • For Internal Medicine specialists: comprehensive diagnostic skills and competent consultative support for surgical departments and intensive care units. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate staff effectively. • Excellent German and English language proficiency, along with strong MS Office skills. • A collaborative approach, fostering open communication and a respectful work environment.
