Job Summary 
P99Soft is looking for a hands-on AWS Solution Architect to lead an enterprise application 
migration from Heroku to AWS. You will own architecture design, technical leadership, cloud 
migration, security, and integration. The ideal candidate is technically strong and can 
independently design solutions, guide engineers, and take ownership of end-to-end migration 
delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS cloud architecture. 
• Lead the migration of Node.js/Nest.js applications to AWS Lambda. 
• Architect the PostgreSQL migration to Amazon Aurora using AWS DMS and CDC. 
• Design API integrations using API Gateway, Event Bridge, and MuleSoft/Salesforce. 
• Guide Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and monitoring. 
• Lead technical teams through migration, testing, and production cutover. 

Must-Have Skills 
• AWS: Lambda, Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS Proxy, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch 
• Development: Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, REST APIs 
• Migration: AWS DMS, CDC, serverless architecture 
• DevOps: Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD 
• Integration: EventBridge, Kafka/MSK, Redis, API integration 
• Security: AWS IAM, Secrets Manager, WAF 

Preferred Skills 
• Heroku-to-AWS migration experience 
• Salesforce/MuleSoft integration knowledge 
• Hands-on enterprise cloud migration experience 
• 5+ years of AWS architecture experience 

Education & Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent 
experience) 
• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in AWS architecture 
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred)
