Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive to lead day to day account management on our key accounts, with primary focus on an upcoming multi-specialty hospital brand. You will be the bridge between the client and our internal teams, responsible for keeping every deliverable on track, every stakeholder aligned and every opportunity captured. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, loves a well built deck and never lets a follow up slip.
Responsibilities
- Own day to day client servicing for assigned accounts, ensuring every project and deliverable stays on track across timelines, approvals and quality
- Plan and set up client meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes and drive all follow ups to closure
- Build sharp, well structured presentations, proposals and new business pitches for The Brand Odyssey
- Conduct competition research and category scans to inform strategy, creative work and pitches
- Actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions alongside strategy and creative teams
- Coordinate with internal departments including creative, technical (web) and performance marketing to deliver seamless, integrated work
- Manage administrative and documentation work such as cost estimates, approvals, status trackers and reports
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow existing client relationships
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of client servicing or account management experience, with prior experience at a digital or integrated agency (mandatory)
- Sound working knowledge of branding, website projects and digital campaigns
- Expert level command of PowerPoint/Canva, with the ability to independently build clear, persuasive decks
- Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence in client facing situations
- Highly organized, detail oriented and relentless about follow ups
- Experience on healthcare or hospital brands is preferred but not mandatory
Employment Details
- Type: Full time
- Location: Pune. The role will begin as hybrid and transition to fully on location.
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience, in line with industry standards
