Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data transformation and EDI integration solutions using IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).
2. Develop, configure, and support healthcare transaction processing, custom validation rules, and data transformation workflows.
3. Build and maintain web service integrations, XML-based interfaces, and interoperability solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize system performance, and support application enhancements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) development, healthcare EDI integration, HIPAA transaction processing, XML technologies, and enterprise application integration.
Technical Skills	IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), NCPDP, HIPAA EDI Transactions, XML Technologies (XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP), Web Services, Enterprise Application Integration, Java Development, Healthcare Data Transformation
Business / Domain Skills	Healthcare Data Exchange, HIPAA Compliance, Business Process Integration, Systems Integration, Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API management, and containerized application environments.
2. Knowledge of Java enterprise technologies, middleware platforms, and Linux-based environments.
3. Experience supporting healthcare interoperability, data transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives.
