The Role • Contribute to a well-maintained store and an exceptional customer shopping experience alongside team members. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern cash registers. • Ensure the functionality of the Scan&Go zone, encourage customer adoption, and provide assistance for a positive experience. • Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and overseeing the implementation of store concepts. • Undertake essential tasks including warehouse duties, cleaning, and inventory management. What You'll Need • Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with prior leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being a plus. • A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, passion for inspiring and motivating others. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to various tasks with flexibility. • Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts in coordination with management.
