Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Dauernachtwache | Dresden, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional for a leading university hospital specializing in diabetology. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, established medical clinic known for its comprehensive treatment spectrum and interdisciplinary approach to complex conditions like diabetic foot syndrome. The Role • Provide holistic nursing care, addressing the physical, psychological, and psychosocial needs of patients. • Respond effectively in critical situations by recognizing patient needs and initiating life-saving measures. • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on current nursing standards. • Collaborate closely with medical teams, carrying out physician orders and communicating observations. • Actively support and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. • Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and adapt plans as needed. • Guide and mentor trainees and new team members. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, or similar). • Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. • Loyalty, commitment, and flexibility in task execution. • A positive attitude towards interprofessional collaboration. • For international applicants: at least B2 level German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
