They are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team focused on optimizing mission-critical infrastructure for intelligence initiatives. The Role

  • Lead system administration for Linux and Windows-based systems in secure, mission-critical environments.
  • Architect and manage complex server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Perform OS installation, configuration, hardening, and patching in compliance with security standards.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex issues.
  • Support backup/recovery strategies, disaster recovery plans, and continuity of operations.
  • Oversee and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, CISSP).
  • Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
  • Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and automation tools (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with STIG compliance, system hardening, and RMF processes.
