The Role 70% supporting end users dealing with 1st and 2nd line tickets<br />Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required<br />30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.<br />Microsoft 365 administration tasksThe Person Experience within 1st/2nd line role or similar<br />Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID<br />Experience with M365 services<br />Commutable to Hemel Hempstead Reference Number:
