Research Systems Specialist - Flexible Work & Data-Driven Impact

University of Newcastle is seeking a proactive Research Systems Specialist to support delivery and ongoing optimisation of our research systems. You will provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate system upgrades with central IT and external vendors.

You will manage user access and data quality to enable accurate reporting and insights, act as a data governance SME, and collaborate across teams to translate needs into fit-for-purpose system requirements and integrations.
