Job Description

Alter Domus is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead multiple HR Technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise HR programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving large-scale technology implementations involving SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HR Technology projects with SAP SuccessFactors as the primary platform.
• Oversee program planning, governance, project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate project execution across multiple technical and business teams.
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders on change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder communications and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate HR Transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings.
• Ensure overall program governance and compliance.
• Serve as the liaison between executives, business units, and technical teams.
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong HR business process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with OpenText/PowerDocs is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk management, and change management experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
