Job Description

Orthoptistin (m/w/d) | Bad Aibling, Germany | On-site We're hiring for a leading neurological and orthopedic clinic with a strong reputation for advanced treatment methods and patient care. This academic teaching hospital is renowned for its specialized neurological and orthopedic expertise, serving numerous patients annually with a dedicated team of professionals. The Role • Perform neuro-orthoptic diagnostics for brainstem syndromes, including oculomotor assessments and subjective visual vertical measurements. • Conduct visual field analyses for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke. • Undertake orthoptic and strabologic examinations in a neurological context, including prism adaptation. • Perform orthoptic and neurophysiological diagnostics for dizziness, utilizing video-oculography. • Contribute to functional diagnostics for balance and gait disorders. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Orthoptist or MTA for Functional Diagnostics with relevant experience. • Strong willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration and an empathetic approach. • Structured, organized, and responsible work ethic. • Team player with meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accountability. • Proficient MS Office skills and experience with clinical IT systems (ideally ORBIS).
