Job Description: Lead Data Engineer

Location: USA Experience: 8+ years overall, 5+ years relevant experience Work Mode: As per client requirement Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills

Strong experience in Informatica IICS / IDMC, including CDI, CAI, and administration.
Hands-on experience in ETL, data integration, and data warehousing.
Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with APIs, complex mappings, task flows, and performance optimization.
Experience in at least 2–4 end-to-end IICS projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
Create, test, and optimize mappings and task flows.
Manage IICS administration, user access, permissions, connections, and upgrades.
Troubleshoot data integration issues and ensure data quality.
Work with business analysts, architects, and data engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Good to Have

Python, Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
Kafka and experience with cloud and on-premises databases.

Note: Strong Informatica IICS/IDMC experience, including CDI, CAI, and administration, is essential.
