The Role • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components. • Visually inspect parts and use measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specified tolerances. • Monitor tool wear, perform necessary corrections, and manage tool changes. • Ensure the quality of manufactured parts and document results in the quality system. What You'll Need • A vocational training qualification in metalworking, such as a Metal Technician with a specialization in machining technology (minimum 2 years). • Ideally, prior professional experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar role. • A diligent, independent, and precise work approach, coupled with a friendly demeanor. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficiency in German (written and spoken).
